In time, you and your spouse may desire an even bigger and better diamond than previously purchased. When you purchase a GIA certified diamond from us, you will automatically be enrolled into our Lifetime Upgrade Program, allowing our customers the opportunity to trade in their diamond within three years from the date of purchase. You will receive a 100% credit equivalent to the original purchase price of your original product when you purchase a certified diamond or jewellery that is double the original value.

Details of the Lifetime Upgrade Guarantee:

1. Every loose diamond purchased at England Diamond comes with the Lifetime Upgrade Guarantee.

2. For the loose diamond being traded in (excludes shipping and taxes), you will receive 100% of the purchase price as a credit toward the new diamond.

3. The purchase price of the new diamond must be at least double that of the purchase price of the original diamond.

4. The diamond being upgraded must not have been damaged or altered in any way since the time of original purchase, and it must be accompanied by the original GIA certificate.
